Who Am I?

Who Am I? That’s a question I think a lot of people suffer with finding an answer to. I am one of those people. I always thought I knew who I was. For me it was always rainbows, unicorns, and princesses. I wanted to be a chef or a makeup artist and get married and have multiple children. I planned my life like many little kids but I genuinely thought that was what I wanted up until sophomore year of high school. A lot of stuff happened in sophomore year and I became extremely depressed. A lot of people I thought would never hurt me left me In pieces. I almost commit suicide, I  drank & smoked a lot, I even tried drugs, I just wanted anything to get the heartache to go away. I did self detrustive behaviors for the thrill of it. Thanks to my closet friends I have stopped a lot of these behaviors but one thing stuck with me through sophomore year which is that same question, who am I? People changed me. I’m no longer all rainbows and unicorns but I’m also no longer a dark depressed druggy. Sophomore year I also realized I liked girls. That was scary for me at first but I’m now out and proud. That’s part of who I am. I realized I’m growing up and it’s okay not to love pink  and makeup as much anymore. I know now it’s okay to not be okay and trying to hold it together all the time will only make me lose myself and make dumb decisions. I may not know who I am right now but that’s okay. I’m finding myself

Tarte Tartelette In Bloom 2 Palette Review

So I would like to start off by saying that I'm not vegetarian anymore cause it was to hard to get protein without eating meat but I will continue to not buy makeup that's tested on animals because it's cruel & completely unnecessary! Also I will obviously Only post about cruelty free makeup! Now on to the review. Today I will be reviewing the Tarte Tartelette In Bloom 2. :) ;) These are Amazing Shadows & I'm So Glad I decided to get this palette! They're So Pigmented & soft/creamy for a powder shadow. They go on the lids very well & I personally don't like using much product if I buy a makeup product that's as expensive as this so a lot of the time if I don't use as much product it won't look as good. But this does an amazing job of not doing that! So A++! Also as you can probably tell the packaging is beautiful! Which is a big plus for me! So that concludes my review for today! I might be posting something other than a review later this week or month if your getting tired of these. So keep an eye out for that! Thanks 4 Watching! Update it's been like 3 weeks sense I posted this & I have been Absolutely Loving this palette! Especially funny girl! I also love leader & chamer! I even added this to my September favorites on my instagram! I post daliy ( a lot more than here lol.) beauty layouts, mini reviews, makeup looks, hauls, etc. I'm @glamlovelyxo. Ok I kind of got side tracked. I LOVE this palette & totally reccomend it! It's my favorite one I own now! By the way this isn't sponsored. I also I might add some swatches to this later. K sorry this was a very long update. Bye.

Going cruelty free,Info,Tips,& more!

So to start off I will tell you Info on the subject, about my experience so far, what I am, and some tips to self control & not giving in to your makeup addiction (if u have one like me). Ok so I am not vegan but I am vegetarian which for me I have ulcerative colitis & I need the iron in the meat & I can't have much dairy anyway but that is one way I get protein also a lot of tofu. But I do buy only cf products and I don't/ plan on buying non vegan products (meaning I won't/don't buy products that aren't tested on animals but don't have a agreement/signed contract with the ingredient companys they buy from.) So vegetarian is a big deal for me! Now on to the tips/tip. I love Maybelline for example and when I go to grocery stores/department stores I get really tempted to buy stuff from them. So what I do is I think about the animals have the makeup squeezed into there eyes with no pain killer and there skin being shaved for makeup brushes and if that doesn't work I think about the animals being decapitated after they're no use in the labs.:( :( That like always works!                                                                                                                                         Popular (not all) cosmetic brands that DO test on animals   Toothpaste: Colgate, Aim, Sensodine, Oral-B, Listerine, Creast, Aquafreash, Macleans. Makeup: Maybelline,Mac, Loreal,Bare minarals (they claim they're cruelty free, but some of their brushes are made from animal fur and a lot of brands especially lash brands say the hair they use is naturally shed, but that's simply not the case it's not even possible for animals or mink/rabbits to shed that much!! Anyway my point is don't listen to that BS! VS Pink/VS, Revlon, Rimmel, Sephora brand, NYC, Lancome, YSL, Dior,Stila,Benifit, Covergirl, Avon, Clinique, Almay, Estee lauder, Nails: Opi, Essie. Hair: Aussie, Head and shoulders, Herbal Essences, Loreal, Garnier fructis, John frieda, Nexxus, Pantene, Physique, Redken, Suave, TRESemme. Soap/Bath: Dial, Dove, Johnsons, Softsoap. Fragrance: Mark Jacobs, Tommy Hilfiger, Christina Agularia, Coach, Elizabeth Arden, Gucci, Micheal Kors, Ralph Lauren. Deodorant: Lady speed stick, Axe, Secret, Old spice, Speed stick, Right guard, Teen spirit. Razors: Bic corp, Schiek, Gillette.

Some (not all) Companies that DON'T test on animals              Too faced, Wet’n’Wild, NYX, ELF, Essence, Urban decay tho it is owned/parented brand (Loreal) is not, Tarte tho it is owned/parented brand is not, Jordana, Kat von d, Becca, Bite beauty, Josie maran, Hourglass, Anistasia bevarly hills, Beauty blender, Nars tho it is owned/parented brand (shiseido) is not, Buxom,Tho it is owned/parented brand (shiseido) is not, Mark jacobs,Butter london (vegan too),Klean color,Lush,Kiss products,Method,La girl,Pacifica (vegan too),OCC,Bonnie bell, Sally girl, First aid beauty, Murad,China glaze,Ardell, So that's the end of my post. I hope u liked it! I worked really hard on it! Thanks 4 Reading! P.S. I will be deleting my reviews/posts on non cruelty free brands!

New Wet'n'Wild Makeup Brushes Review

Hey lovely people! Today I’m back with another review for you! This review will be on the semi new wet ‘n’ wild makeup brushes. So lets get started! These have a lovely soft top with the end being pink which i love pink and pretty makeup to start with but then on top of that they’re So amazingly soft is just awesome! I was like yaass!😂 2nd they seem to be made out of a quality metal/hard plastic and like they will hold up well in the long run. Also if you were wondering the two i got were at ride aid and they were the powder brush $2.99 and the eye shadow brush $.99 and they had the fondation brush too which was $2.99 I plan on going back to get that too. Lastly they are cruelty free which I always try to buy cruelty free bc animals should not in anyway have to suffer for are looks. Doesn’t it sound ridiculous when i put it that way the answer is yes because it is! So anyway i love how wet’n’wild is contributing to #stopanimaltesting #savetheanimals and thats one of my favorite thing about these and the brand! That concludes my review. Thanks 4 Reading!💖 Hannah
